Sales companies need to be more transparent

IT IS RUMORED that the entrants for the Brisbane Nutrien Equine Standardbred Yearling Sale to be held at the Magic Million complex in March next year has closed, with over one hundred and fifty yearlings nominated to go through the ring.

If that’s the case, it makes the sale very strong numbers wise and many will be wondering how many yearlings were nominated by breeders for the Brisbane Australian Pacing Gold Sale that is planned for January.

Both companies are disappointing in not having their websites updated regularly to keep their vendors and prospective buyers informed on what is happening within each organization, yearling sales wise.

Entrants for both sales have closed over a month ago but not one word written by either company on how many entrants are nominated for each sale, along with any relative news.

NB Its believed APG has over 125 yearlings nominated for Perth Sale scheduled for 26th February January
