Tasracing has announced Nutrien Equine Standardbred will become naming rights partner for the Tasmanian Harness Yearling Sale.
A media release from Tasracing mentions the partnership will assist with the further development of the sale that will benefit both breeders and future owners.
Nutrien’s Gemma Smallmon said, “We (Nutrien) will provide the running of the sale on the day and provide the online catalogue plus online bidding via Auction Plus.”
The sale will once again be conducted at Carrick Park Pacing Club on Friday 26th January 2024, Carrick has a meeting scheduled for that day.
Nominations will close on Tuesday 31 October with Tasracing, please note entries will be capped for the sale.
Exciting news for purchasers at the sale they will have the option of making their purchase eligible for the Nutrien Equine National Sale Race series providing they pay the sustaining fee of $3300 for a pacer and $2200 for a trotter.
This partnership can only benefit Tasmanian breeders Nutrien Equine are great promoters of all their sales.
