Veteran Breeders and owners get two state double

Breeder/Owners Bob and Zeta Moloney had a two state double with half relations Miki Steamed Home and Steam Cleaned scored on the same day.

Both being out of the Moloney’s former Group 1 winner Steam Washed.

Miki Steamed Home (Always Be Miki) scored at Hamilton and Steam Cleaned scored his second win in his last three starts when the gelding saluted at Globe Derby.

Bob and Zita Maloney from Glencoe in the south-east of South Australia, have been leading breeders from their small band of boutique broodmares.

The Moloney’s have bred the likes of Southern Cross winner Bubbles & Cheese, last season Menangle winner Polly Put Kettleon.(pictured below)
